<br /> Borrower shal�not cause�r permit the presence,use,disposal, storage,or release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or thre�.ten to release any Hazardous S�bstances,on or in the Pra�erty.I�or�rowe�r�ha11 not do,
<br /> nor al�ow anyone el�e to do,anyth�ng affect�ng the Praper�y�a}that is in vi�lation of any Envuonmental
<br /> Lavv,(b}which�reates an En�uonmental Gondition,or�c}which,due t�the�resence,use,ar release of a
<br /> I�a.�ardous�ubstan.ce,c�eat�s a candition that ad���'s���affec�s�he value of th�Propert�.The prec�eding two
<br /> sentences sha11 not app�y to the presence,use,or stara.ge an the Property of smali quantities�f Hazardous
<br /> Substanc�s tha�are gen.erally recognized to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of
<br /> the Frop�rty(inc��ding,but not limit�d to,hazardous substa.nces in can�urner pra�ucts).
<br /> �orrower shall promptly give Lender written notice of�a)any�nvestigation$claim,demand� �awsuit or ather
<br /> acti�n by any go�ernm�ntal ar regulatory agency or private pa�y involving the Propearty�.nd an�I-�a�ardous
<br /> Sub�tance or Environmea�a.1 Law of which Borro��r has actual knowledge, (b}any Environmenta�
<br /> ��adition, including but not�imited to,an�r sp�lling, leaking,discharge,release or�thr�at of release of any
<br /> �a�ardous Suhs�a�ce,an�(c}an�conditi��.ca�ased b�the pares�nce,��e or release of a Hazard�us Substance
