<br /> real property records, Lender may, at any t�me and with�u# fur�her authori�ation fram Trus�or, file executed
<br /> counterpar�s, copies or repraducti�ns �f this D�ed of Trust as a financing statement, Trustor shall reim�urs�
<br /> Lender fvr all expenses incurred in per�ecting vr�ontinuing �his se�urity interest. Upon defau�t, Trustor shall not
<br /> remo�e, s��er or detach the Persona� Property from the Pr�perty. Upvn default, Trustor sha�l assemb[e any
<br /> Person�l Proper�y not affixed tv �he Property in a manner and at a pface reasonab(y con�enient �v Trustor and
<br /> L�nder and make it avaE[able to Lender with�n three �3} days afte�-receipt of written demand from Lender to the
<br /> ext�nt permitted by app[�cab�e law.
<br /> Addresses. The mailing addresses vf Trustor �debtor} and Lender �secured party} f�-om whi�h informa#ion
<br /> con�erning the security �nterest granted �y this Deed o�Trusfi may be obtained {each as required by the Uniform
<br /> Commercial�ode}are as stated❑n the first pag�af this Deed of Trust.
<br /> FLIRTHER ASSURANCES; ATT�RNEYRIN-FACT. The fol[awing prv�isions rela�ing tv further assurances and

<br /> Furth�r Assurances. ►�t any time, and fram tim��o time, upon r�quest of Lender, Trustor wi[[ make, execute and
