<br /> "�r�viro�cr�er��al L�aw"�nean.s federal�aws and la�rs of the jurisdiction vvhere t�e�'ro��rty is located t�at
<br /> relate to h�alth, safety or environmental protection; (c} "Er��r�ar�►ner�tal�lednup"�nc�udes any response
<br /> action, remed�al action, o�'remaval action, as defined in En�ironment�l Law; and(d}an "Enviror�►raer�tal
<br /> �'on�i�i��"r�eans a c�ndit�on�hat can caus�, Gontribute to, or atherwise trig�er an Environmental�leanup.
<br /> Borrower sha�1 n�t cause or permit the pr�sence,use,d�sposal, storage,or release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or threa�en�o release any Hazardous Substances,�n or in the Praperty,Borrower�hall n��do,
<br /> nor a11ow anyone e�se to do,anything affecting the Property(a}that is in vio�at�on of any Environmeata.�
<br /> La�v, (b}wh�ch creates an E�vironmental�andition,or(c}which,due t�the presence,use,or release�f a
<br /> � Ha�ardo�s Substance,creat�s a ca�.dition�hat adversel�af�F�c�s t�he�alu�of the Propert�.The precedi�g tv�o
<br /> � sentences sha��not apply to the presenee,use,or storag�on the Property of sma11 quantities of Hazardous
<br /> Su�bs�ances that are genera�ly recognized ta be apprapr�at�to narma�residential uses and to ma�nt�nance of
<br /> �he Prop��(including,�ut not limited to,ha.zardous substance�rn consumer product�),
<br /> Borrower sha1�promptly give Lender vvritten natic�of�a}any investigat�on,claim,d�mand, lawsuit or ather
<br /> � action by any governm�ntal or regulatory agency or pri�ate party involving the Property and any Hazardous
<br /> Sub�tance ar Environmen�a.l La�v of which Borrower has actua�knotiv�edge, �b}any En�ironmental �
<br /> �onditio�, including bu�not limited to,any spill�ng, lea�ing,di�charge,relea�e or th�eat of re�ease of any

<br /> affect�ng the Property is ne�essary,F3orrotiv�r�ha11 pramptly ta�e all necessa�ry remedial actions in

<br /> En�ironmental Cleanup.
