<br /> Nuisance. �1laste. Trustor shall not cause, conduct ❑r permit any nuisance�nor commit, permit, ❑r su�te� any
<br /> stripping of or waste on or to the Prvperty or any por�ivn af the Property. 1Nithaut limiting the genera[i#y o�the
<br /> ��reg�ing� Trustor►rvi[E not remove. ar grant�v any other party the ri�ht t� remoWe, any timber, minerals 4inciuding
<br /> oiE and gas}, caal, ciay, scoria, soil, grave[�r roc[�products withaut Lender's pr�or written consent.
<br /> RemoWal of Imprdvemen#s. Trus�or sha�l not demolish or remov�any imprvvemen�s from the ReaC Property withou�
<br /> Lender's pr�ar written consent. As a condition tv the r�ma�al o�any �mprovements, Lender may require Trustor to
<br /> mak� arrang�ments satisfa�#ory #� Lender to rep�ace such Impravements with Imprvv�ments of at �east �qual
<br /> va[ue.
<br /> Lender's R�ght to En#er. Lender and Lender's agents and representati�es may en�er upvn �he Rea! Property at all
<br /> r�asonabfe �imes to attend to Lender's interests and to inspect the Rea[ Property for pu�poses a� Trustor's
<br /> comp�iance wi�h the terms and conditivns of this Deed of Trus�.
<br /> Compliance with Gvvernmenta� Requiremen#s. Trustor shal� pr�mp�ly comply with al� �aws, ❑rdinancesr and
<br /> tegulations,� nvw ar hereaft�r in ef�ect� ❑� aii governmental autharities app[icabie t� the use or a�cupancy ❑f �he
<br /> Proper�y. Trustor may�ontest in g�vd#aith any such [aw, ordinance, o�regu�ation and withhvld Gampliance during
<br /> any proceeding. inc�uding appr�priate appeals, s� iong as Trustor has nvtified Lender �n wri�ing prior to doing so
<br /> and sa lang as, in Lender's saie op�nion, Lender's in�erests in the Property are no��eopardized. Lender may require
<br /> Trustor to post adequate secu��ty or a surety band. reasonably satisfactory�o Lender,.�o pratect Lender's interes�.
<br /> Duty �o Protect. Trustvr agrees neither ta abandon or �ea�e unattended the Praperty. Trustar shalf do all other
<br /> acts, in additivn ta thas� acts set forth above in this secti�n, which from the character and use af the Prop�rty are
<br /> reasonably necessary tv protect and preser�e the Prope�ty.
