200102533 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8668 (Cont.) <br />Thirty (630.0) feet to a point where it intersects a line Three Hundred (300.0) feet <br />east of the east line of Juergen Road; thence south on a line Three Hundred <br />(300.0) feet east of and parallel to the east line of Juergen Road to a point Five <br />Hundred (500.0) feet north of the north line of Timm's Subdivision; thence west <br />on a line Five Hundred (500.0) feet north of and parallel to the north line of <br />Timm's Subdivision for a distance of Three Hundred Sixty (360.0) feet to the east <br />line of U.S. Highway 281; thence north on the east line of U.S. Highway 281 for a <br />distance of Four Hundred Sixty Five and Eight Tenths (465.8) feet; thence west <br />on the south line of Lot Twenty Two (22) Platte Valley Industrial Park Third <br />Subdivision for a distance of Seventy Five and Four Hundredths (75.04) feet; <br />thence north on the west line of Lot Twenty Two (22) Platte Valley Industrial <br />Park Third Subdivision and a prolongation thereof to the point of beginning, all as <br />shown on the plat dated March 15, 2001, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br />SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving and <br />other incidental work in connection therewith: <br />Juergen Road, from Schimmer Drive south approximately 865 feet, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications <br />approved by the Engineer for the City of Grand Island and approved by the Mayor and City <br />Council. <br />SECTION 4. All improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof, <br />shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited thereby as provided by <br />law. <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 6.
