<br /> HazardQus Subs�ances. Th� words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, �ecause of th�ir quanfity,
<br /> concentrativn vr physical, �hemical ar infectious characteristi�s, may cause �r pose a presen�vr potential ha�ard
<br /> to human heal�h or th�environment when improperly used, treated, s�o�ed, disposed o�F, gen�rated, manufactured,
<br /> transported ❑r otherwise handfed. The words "Hazardous Subs�ances" are used in their�ery broade$t sense and
<br /> in�[ude withou� [imi�ation any and a�l hazardous or toxic substances, ma�erials vr waste as defned by ar listed
<br /> under the Envirvnmental Lav+rs. The term "Hazardous 5ubs�an�es"alsa includes,without limi�atian, petroleum and
<br /> pe�roleum by-products or any fractivn�hereo�and asbestos.
<br /> �mprv�ements. The word '"lmpro�ements" means al[ existing and future improvemen#s, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile hvmes a�fixed on the Real Prvperty, �Facilities, additians, replacements and other const�uctian on the Real
<br /> Properfy.
<br /> Ind�btedn�ss= Th� ward "lndebtedness" means aIl principaf, in�eres�, and vfher amoun�s, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Rela�ed Dvcuments, �oge�her w�th al1 renewafs of, extensions of, madifications of,
<br /> cansalida�ions v�and substitu#ians for#he Note ar R�lated Da�uments and any amoun�s expended or ad�ran�ed by
<br /> Lende� to discharge T�ustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trustor`s

<br /> Deed of Trus�.

<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means ail presen� and �uture rents, re�enues, income, issu�s, royal�ies, praf�ts, and
