<br /> Compliance Default. Fai�ur-e to comply with any other term, obligation, cv�enant or condi��vn cvntained in �his
<br /> D�ed vf Trust,th�Nate vr in any of the Rela�ed Documents.
<br /> Defauit on Dther Payments, Faifure o�Trusto�-within the time required�y this Deed vf Trust ta make any payment

<br /> Defective Co�la�eralizafion. This D�ed o� Trust or any vf�he Rela�ed Documents c�ases ta be in full force and
<br /> efiFec� �including failure❑f any co[[ateraf documen��o create a valid and perFec�ed secu�ity �nteres�or lien}a�any
<br /> tim�and�or any reasan.
<br /> Death or lnso[vency. The dea�h of Trus�or,#he insol�ency❑f Trustor,the appvintment af a receiver for any part of
<br /> Trustor`s property, any assignmenfi for the b�ne�it a� creditors, any type of Greditor workvut, or the
<br /> commencement of any p�-aceeding under any bankruptcy or insol�ency lav►rs by vr against Trus�vr.
<br /> Creditvr or Far�eitu�-e Proceeding�. �ammencement v�foreclosur� ar fvrfeiture procsedings, whether by�udiciai

<br /> �r accommada�ivn party vf any of the Indebtedness or any guarantor, endarser, surety, or accommodation par�y
<br /> dies or b��omes incomp�tent, or re�okes ar disputes �he �alidity of, or liabi[��y under, any Guaranty ❑f �he
