BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Water Main District No. 437 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of twelve (12.0) and sixteen (16.0) inch diameter water mains with its appurtenances in a part of Platte Valley Industrial Park Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 2.
