<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />GEORGETTA K PLATT, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated Januiary 13, 2000 and recorded Januga 18,
<br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL COUNTY, Nebra a as Instrument Number
<br />X00000491, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />PARCEL TWO: 2703 WEST 4TH ST: LOT THIRTY -FOUR (34) IN WEST HEIGHTS ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being
<br />the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the
<br />land described remain as heretofore.
