QUITCLAIM OF THE FEE ESTATE <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is made this 1( day of April, 2016, by and between the United States of America (herein <br />sometimes referred to as the "Government "), acting by and through the Administrator of General Services (hereinafter referred to <br />as "Grantor "), under and pursuant to authority of 40 U.S.C. § 550(h), et. seq., as amended, and rules, orders, and regulations <br />issued pursuant thereto, and the County of Hall, Nebraska, 121 S Pine Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Grantee "). The terms used to designate any of the parties herein shall include their respective representatives, successors and <br />assigns of said parties. <br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the specific agreements hereinafter made by Grantee, for itself, and its successors and <br />assigns, to abide by and take subject to all reservations, restrictions, covenants, exceptions, notifications, conditions and <br />agreements herein set forth in this Quitclaim Deed (hereinafter referred to as "Deed "), does hereby grant, convey, remise, <br />release and forever quitclaim to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, pursuant to the reservations, restrictions, covenants, <br />exceptions, notifications, conditions and agreements hereinafter set forth, all right, title and interest in and to the real property <br />hereinafter described, together with all hereditaments, appurtenances and tenements therein and all reversions, remainders, <br />issues, profits, and other rights belonging or related thereto, situate, lying, and being that certain real property known as the <br />former U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the "Property "), and <br />described in detail as follows: <br />Legal Description of Fee Estate <br />Tract 1 <br />A TRACT OF LAND being Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Eighty (80) of the Original Town of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br />The above tract of land contains 0.40 acres, more or less. <br />Tract 2 <br />A TRACT OF LAND being a portion of Lot Three (3), Block Eighty (80) of the original town (now City) of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, acquired by Condemnation Action of United States v. Bertha Krueger, et. al., dated November 14, <br />1932. The property being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast comer of Lot Three (3) in Block Eighty (80) of the Original Town of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />as platted and recorded, thence westerly on the South line of Second Street for a distance of Forty-four (44) feet; thence <br />southerly on a line parallel with the easterly line of said Lot Three (3), a distance of one hundred thirty-two (132) feet, to an <br />alley bounding said Lot on the South; thence easterly along the North line of said alley, a distance of Forty-four (44) feet to <br />the southeast corner of said Lot Three (3); thence a distance of about One hundred Thirty-two (132) feet extending entirely to <br />the northeast comer of said Lot, said tract of land being otherwise described as the easterly two - thirds portion of said Lot <br />Three (3). <br />The total tract of land herein described contains 0.13 acres, more or less. <br />The above described tracts of land containing an aggregate 0.53 acres, more or less and hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Property". <br />1 <br />H <br />CA) <br />KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />( t'� <br />- -i <br />
