WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CLOY E ROTH AND ORA E ROTH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 9, 1993 and recorded APRIL 15, 1993 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS of
<br />HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 93- 102898 been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises
<br />LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8) BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF
<br />CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
