<br />As used herein, Deed of Trust means that document dated
<br />January 22, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 98- 101202,

<br />corporation, is Beneficiary of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) through Twelve (12), inclusive, in Francis
<br />Court Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Acting pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary given on
<br />April 12, 2000, the Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto only the following portion of the above
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twelve (12) in Francis Court Subdivision in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />No lot other than the above described Lot Twelve (12) is
<br />hereby released from the Deed of Trust. Instead, the Deed of
<br />Trust remains in full force and effect as to all lots described
<br />therein except for Lot Twelve (12) and except for Lots One (1),
<br />Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9) which were previously released
<br />from the Deed of Trust.
