KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JACKIE LEE HOSKINS AND LEANNA C HOSKINS, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEBRUARY 22, 1995 and recorded FEBRUARY 23, 1995 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 95- 101018 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />ALSO RELEASING DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 15,
<br />1996 AND RECORDED MARCH 19, 1996 AS DOCUMENT # 96- 101965
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises
<br />UNIT TEN (10) OAKWOOD CONDOMINIUMS IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
