<br />constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make,
<br />constitute and appoint, HARRY H. SPIEHS true and lawful attorney
<br />for me and in my name, place and stead, and on my behalf, to do

<br />such attorney, then I constitute and appoint JUNE M. ATKINS or

<br />any of the following acts, deeds and things.
