August <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of payment of indebtedness secured by the Trust <br />Deed executed by Heritage Disposal and Storage L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability <br />Company, Trustor, to The State Bank of Cairo, (now known as Pathway Bank), <br />Trustee, for the benefit of The State Bank of Cairo, (now known as Pathway Bank) the <br />beneficiary named therein, said Trust Deed recorded April 21, 2008 in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200803319 and whereas <br />said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally <br />described as follow: <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 1st day of April, 2016. <br />Pathway Bank <br />Formerly known as the State Bank of Cairo <br />Trustee <br />By: <br />Kenneth Wiemers <br />Executive Vice President <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 1st day of <br />April, 2016, by Kenneth Wiemers, Executive Vice President for Pathway Bank, a <br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />Notary Public <br />
