<br />  			Merger. There shaII be no merger�f the interest o�es�tate created by this Deed af Trust with any o�her interes�or

<br />  			Deed of Trust has been�c�ep#ed by Lender in the State o�Nebraska.
<br />  			Jaint and Several Liabili�y.  All obligatians o� Borrotirver and Trustor under this Deed o� Trust shai� be j�int and
<br />  			se�eral, and a�! �eferences ta T�~ustor shall mean each and every Trustor, and ali references to Borrflwer shall mean
