<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the owner and holder of the note or notes or other security agreements
<br />secured by the Deed of Trust hereafter described;
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary acknowledges that it intends to direct that the Deed of Trust be released as
<br />security for all sums and obligations secured by said Deed of Trust; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute JEROM E. JANULEWICZ, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as the Trustee under said Deed of Trust, in place or stead of the Trustee originally named therein and requests that
<br />such Successor Trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such Deed of Trust,
<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. JEROM E. JANULEWICZ, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, whose mailing address is PO Box 1968, Grand Island, NE 68802 -1968, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under
<br />the Deed of Trust (the "Trust Deed "), executed by BRENDA L. HACK as Trustor, in which CITY OF GRAND ISLAND was
<br />originally named as the Beneficiary, and GRAND ISLAND CITY ATTORNEY was originally named as Trustee, dated July 1,
<br />2005, and recorded July 11, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200506249.
<br />2. Direction for Reconvevance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to reconvey without war-
<br />ranty all the estate now held under said Trust Deed to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
