<br />KLIEWER AND MEGAN D. KLIEWER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, to AREND R. BAACK, as
<br />Trustee, naming HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary
<br />and which Deed of Trust was dated APRIL 24 1998 and recorded on APRIL 2 1998 in the County Recorder's
<br />Office of HALL County, NEBRASKA in Book of Official Records at Page , as Document 4 98-
<br />103946 has been fully paid; said Deed of Trust conveyed real property situated in the County of HALL, State of
<br />NEBRASKA and more particularly described as follows: Ae
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), JEFFREY OAKS FIFTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, AREND R. BAACK, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R. BAACK, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and convey unto the
<br />present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and interest derived to the said Trustee,
<br />by or through said Deed of Trust, in the real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA,
<br />therein described, together with the appurtenances, special references being hereby made to said Deed of Trust
