<br />County, NEBRASKA in Book of Official Records at Page , as Dogument# 89- 104901 has been fully
<br />paid; said Deed of Trust conveyed real property situated in the County of HAkL, State of NEBRASKA and
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />LOT TWENTY ONE (21), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), IN MORRIS THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, AREND R. BAACK, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R. BAACK, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and convey unto the
<br />present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and interest derived to the said Trustee,
