<br />Whereas, all the indebtedness by the Trust Deed executed by Randy Carmichael, a single person, and
<br />Ronda Uldrich, a single person, to Gregory M. Neuhaus, Trustee, for the benefit of Robert D. Horky
<br />and Christy J. Horky, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated October 28, 2003, and recorded October 29, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as instrument 200314319 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to Randy Carmichael, a single person, and Ronda Uldrich, a single person, entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises but only to such premises:

<br />duly commissioned and qualified for in said County, personally came Gregory M. Neuhaus,

<br />Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and
<br />deed.

<br />The Beneficiary requests the Trustee to reconvey the real estate described above to Randy
