<br /> Na Further Transfer. Grantor will not se�l, assign, encumbsr, or�therwise dispase of any o�f Grantor's rights in the

<br /> LENDER'S RIGHT TU RECEIVE AND C�LLECT RENTS. Lender shall ha�e th� right at any time, and e�en though no
<br /> defau�t shall ha�e occurred under this Assignm�nt. to calle�t and recei�e the Rents. Fvr this purpose, Lender is herehy

<br /> Assignment and directing all R�nts t�be paid directly to Lender or Lend�r's agent.
<br /> Enter�he Property. Lender may enter up�n and take possession of the Prop�rty; demand, cvllect and �ecei��from
<br /> the tenants vr fram any other persvns liable therefor, all of the Rents; institute and carry on ali legal proceedings
