<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RICHARD E BELLOWS AND BARBARA A BELLOWS, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 30, 1986 and recorded MAY 30, 1986 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 86- 102854 been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:

<br />SURVEYED, PLATTED AND RECORDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING
<br />AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE NORTHERLY 150 FEET
<br />ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6) THENCE EASTERLY 260 FEET
<br />PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE SOUTHERLY 150
<br />FEET PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SIX (6), THENCE WESTERLY

<br />BEGINNING, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
