<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RICHARD E BELLOWS AND BARBARA A BELLOWS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, A/KA,
<br />RICHARD EUGENE BELLOWS AND BARBARA ANN BELLOWS, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MARCH 15, 2000 and recorded MARCH 21, 2000 in the Office of the REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 0200002203 been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT TWELVE (12), CENTURA HILLS SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF
<br />CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
