<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated June 28, 2013 executed by Michael R Wagoner and Lorna D Wagoner a Trustor, in which
<br />Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee,
<br />and recorded July 2, 2013, entered as INSTRUMENT NO. 201305312, in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary there under, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and
<br />the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:
<br />The Westerly Seventy Five Feet and Four Inches (75'4 ") of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), in
<br />Campbell's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Northerly Twenty Two (22) Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Sixty Four (64), Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In witness whereof, Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to be executed by Eric Leichty, Vice President, and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on
<br />March 30, 2016
