<br />Wooden and Natalie Wooden as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated December 29, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 0200412468, and Beneficial Interest in said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
