<br /> independen�iy of Lend�r, and Lender makes na representation, statemen� or warran�y regarding �he
<br /> accuracy of any �nspection, reparts o�sta�ements reiated �a �he P�aperty's condition, quantity, ar qua[�ty
<br /> of any na�ure, and Trus�or agrees �� shaf! no� rely up�n sta��ments related �herefo made by a

<br /> 4. Tha� T�ustor is, and shall cantinue ta be, duly organi�ed, validly exis�ing and legaily qualified �o do
<br /> business under the laws of fhe s�ates in v�vhi�h Trust�r �p�rates, in c�mpliance wi�h f�deral, s�ate and
<br /> I�caI Iaws or regulations, and ha�e legal authority in such s�ates �o conduc� Trusfiar's �usiness
<br /> operati�ns and to Qwn agricul�ura� real �s�a�e. Nv change has been made in the name, ownership,
<br /> control, relationshrp, �ega� s�atus, or organi�a�ional and farmati�n docum�n�s of any undersigned sinc�
