<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by PAUL J. COLAN AND KRISTI A. COLAN HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS
<br />ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK
<br />the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 14, 1992 and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book Page or Instrument No. 92- 107095 and beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to FIRST COMMERCE
<br />MORTGAGE COMPANY by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
<br />Instrument No. 92- 107097 has been paid; and ,

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest
<br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust
