<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seven (7) in Ashton Place, and Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Parkhill
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska excepting therefrom tracts of
<br />land more particularly described in Documents No. 87- 106982 and 87- 105993.
