<br />Robert W. Koepp, Successor Trustee under the Lois I. Koepp Revocable Trust dated
<br />June 30, 2005, GRANTOR, in consideration of the transfer to the beneficiary of the trust, conveys

<br />Quarter (W' /zSW'/) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half ('/z) interest in and to the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NE'/NW /4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NE%NW /4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
<br />NE thence easterly along the southerly line of said NE'/4NW'/4 a distance
<br />of Thirty -Five and Forty -five Hundredths (35.45) feet; thence in an

<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the Union Pacific Railroad Company's Right -of-
<br />way over and across said NW'ANW /4, and EXCEPT that tract of land lying
<br />north of the Union Pacific Railroad in the NW' /4NW'% and containing .298
<br />acres, according to survey, and deeded to the State of Nebraska by Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 71, Page 148 of Hall County records; and also the
