Johnson, hereinafter referred <br />to as "Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 27th day of July, 2015, and <br />said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 9th day of September, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 27th day of July, 2015, by Order of said Court, the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the estate and <br />effects of said Debtor and)is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Trustee, by Order of said Court, was given permission to employ Jackie Beltzer, real estate agent of Century 21 <br />Da -ly Realty, to market said property; and <br />WHEREAS, this Trustee is authorized to sell said property to Dale G.
