<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by •brie L. Johnson, Sr. and Kathleen L. Johnson, hereinafter referred
<br />to as "Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 27th day of July, 2015, and
<br />said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 9th day of September, 2015; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 27th day of July, 2015, by Order of said Court, the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the estate and
<br />effects of said Debtor and)is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee, by Order of said Court, was given permission to employ Jackie Beltzer, real estate agent of Century 21
<br />Da -ly Realty, to market said property; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Trustee is authorized to sell said property to Dale G. Clark and Joan J. Clark, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Buyer ", for the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTY -SIX THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS,
<br />($146,000.00) pursuant to the real estate Purchase Agreement for the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Residence located at 2104 South August Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and more particularly described as Lot Eighty -one
<br />(81), Hagge's Subdivision of a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and a part of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4 NW1 /4 and NW1 /4 NE1 /4) of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the
<br />Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable consideration, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and interest as such Trustee, subject to all
<br />encumbrances of record, the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and completely as I,
<br />the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy Act might or should sell and
<br />convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said Trustee either
<br />individually or as such Trustee.
