<br />Debtor, whether one or more, as security for all Debtor's present and future indebtedness and liabilities of whatever nature to
<br />Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, hereinafter designated as secured party, and all renewals and extensions thereof, grants Secured
<br />Party a security interest in the following collateral, whether now owned or hereafter acquired and in additions, accessions, substitutions
<br />thereto, and all products and proceeds thereof:
<br />All irrigation pumps, motors, engines, pipes, sprinklers, pivots, drip systems, control panels and accessories, and all other irrigation
<br />equipment, together with all water and water rights of every kind and description, all corrals, fencing, windmills, livestock watering
<br />systems and livestock tanks, feed bunks, gates, panels, livestock chutes, and all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances connected
<br />therewith now or hereafter placed or installed on the real estate described on attached Exhibit "A ", including but not limited to the
<br />following specific irrigation equipment as follows: Motors/Engines (1) GM, 50HP, Serial No. n/a; (1) Allis Chalmers, 90HP, Serial No.
<br />20- 90960; Pumps: (2) Western Land Roller, non -belt drive, Serial Nos. n/a, and (1) unknown make and model, Serial No. n/a; Gearheads:
<br />(1) Randolph, 40HP, Serial No. 43614; Center Pivot Sprinkler Systems: (1) Zimmatic, 7 . tower, Serial No. L10892, and (1) Valley, 8
<br />tower, Serial No. n/a; all gated pipe and all renewals and replacements thereof.
<br />Warranties
<br />Debtor warrants that the Collateral is used or being bought primarily for farming operations, - - - if marked here for business
<br />operations.
<br />If marked here the Collateral is being acquired with the proceeds of the note or notes, which Secured Party may disburse directly to
<br />the seller of the Collateral.
