Jeannee Mueller, <br />O' <br />Husband and Wife <br />, herein called the grantor whether one or more, <br />in consideration of Sixty Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($65,200.00) <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto <br />Edward Sanchez and Suzanne M.
