<br /> No Wai�er by Lender. Trustor unders�ands �ender will not gi�e up any afi Lender's righ�s under this Deed of Trust
<br /> unless L�nder d�es so in ►nrriting. The �ac� that Lender delays or omits to exercisg any right will not mean �hat
<br /> Lender has gi�en up that �ight. If Lender does agree in wr�t�ng t� gi�e up ❑ne of Lender`s rights, that does not
<br /> mean Trust�r wiil nat ha�e to �omply with the ather pro�isivns of this Deed vf Trus�. Trus�ar also understands

<br /> SeWerability. 1# a caurt finds that any pr��ision of this Deed of Trus� is no� �alid ar �h�uld not b� enfarced, �hat
<br /> fact by itse��wil� not m�an that the rest of this ❑eed of Trust will no� be �alid or enfor�ed. Therefore, a �vurt will

<br /> DEFINITI�NS. The�ollowing words shall ha�e the following meanings when used in this D��d af Trust:

<br /> Deed of Trust. The words "Deed af Trus�" mean this Deed a�F Trust among Trustvr, Lender, and Trustee, and

<br /> Existing lndehtedness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedn�ss de��ribed in the Existing Liens

<br /> Hazardous Suhstances. The ►rvords "Hazardous 5ubs�ances" mean mater�a�s �hatr beeause ot their quant�ty,
<br /> conc�ntrati�n or physical, chemi�al or �nfeGtious charac�eris�i�s, may �ause �r pose d present or potential hazard
<br /> tv human health vr th� en�ironment when impraperly used, treated, stored, dispvsed ❑fi, genera#ed, manu�a�tured,
<br /> �ransported or atherwise handled. The wards "Hazardous Substances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
