WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been
<br />satisfied and said Trustee has received written request by such
<br />Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity
<br />as Trustee under the above-described -Trust Deed, herein called the
<br />Grantor, -in consideration of. the satisfaction' of the indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such•Trust.Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release
<br />and re- confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein
<br />called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
