<br />You are hereby notified that Javier G. Paz, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about April 29, 1993, make,
<br />execute and deliver unto Arend R. Baack, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following -
<br />described real property:
<br />Part of Block Six (6) in Pleasant Home Subdivsion of Part of the East Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (EI /2 SEl /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of
<br />Block Six (6), above described, running thence West along the North line of said
<br />Block Six (6) a distance of 80 Feet, thence South at Right Angles a distance of 66
<br />Feet, thence East at Right Angles a distance of 80 Feet and thence North along the
<br />East line of said Block Six (6) a distance of 66 feet to the plat of beginning
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 30, 1993, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 103430.
<br />On or about April 29, 1993, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary.
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Lite Insurance Company.
<br />The Assignment was recorded April 30, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 93- 103432.
<br />On or about August 1, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right.
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. "I he Assignment was recorded
<br />September 26, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94- 107936.
<br />Christopher S. Wallace, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />I rustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
