<br />Husen and Joyce I Husen, Trustees, or their successors in trust, of the Gregory J. and Joyce I. Husen
<br />Revocable Living Trust, dated March 11, 1997, of 1455 N. Prentice Rd., Ponca City, Kay County, State of

<br />Tucker) in and to the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM, Lot One (1), G & A Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -sixth (1/6) remainder interest (after life estate of Georgiann M. Husen-
<br />Tucker) in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4) of Section Thirty -Two (32),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM one acre off the south end thereof, used for a private road, and
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM a tract of ground more particularly described as: Beginning at
<br />the Northwest comer of said Section 32; thence easterly on the North line of the West Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32 a distance of 1323.2 feet to the northeast comer

<br />northerly from the South line of said West Half of the Northwest Quarter; thence westerly
<br />90 degrees right and on a line 33.0 feet northerly from and parallel to said South line a
<br />distance of 60.0 feet to a point on said West line; thence northerly on said West line a
<br />distance of 2606.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.040 acres, more or less; and
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM Lot One (1), Alfred Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with all the improvements thereon, and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, and warrant the
<br />title to the same.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns
<br />forever, free, clear and discharged of and from all former grants, charges, taxes, judgments, mortgages and
<br />other liens and encumbrances of whatsoever nature, and warrant title to the same, except easements and
<br />encumbrances or record.
<br />This Corrective Deed amends and corrects the legal descriptions in the original Warranty Deed filed
<br />on May 3, 2004, as Instrpit No. 200404255, with the Hall County Register of Deeds.
