<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by WILLIAM J HANEY AND
<br />INA M HANEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated NOVEMBER 22, 1996 and recorded NOVEMBER 26, 1996 in the office of the

<br />has requested In writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
