<br />In consideration of payment of the debt thereby secured IDS LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
<br />hereby releases the Assignment of Leases and Rents dated the 31 St of January, 1991, and °
<br />recorded on the the 27" of February, 1991, as Instrument No. 91- 101037 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to secure payment
<br />of Note secured by a Deed of Trust dated the 31 st of January, 1991, and recorded on the
<br />27th of February, 1991, as Instrument No. 91- 101036 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in and for the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, on the following described
