<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Michael C. Mueller is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated January 31,
<br />1991, executed by Grand Island Properties, Ltd., an Iowa limited partnership, as Trustor, for
<br />S

<br />the benefit of IDS Life Insurance Company as the Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />February 27, 1991, as Instrument No. 91- 101036 in the Records of the Office of the County
<br />Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, IDS Life Insurance Company, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Eleven
<br />(11), Twelve (12) and Sixteen (16), Grand Island Mall Eighth Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, together with all right, title, and interest in the
<br />following:
<br />1. Easement Agreement executed by Grand Island Mall, Ltd., a Nebraska
<br />limited partnership to the City of Grand Island. Easement Agreement
<br />dated April 30, 1984, filed May 9, 1984 in the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />as Document No. 84- 002475.
<br />2. Cross - Easement Agreement executed between Nebraska Limited
<br />Partnership to Asset Management Corporation. Cross - Easement
<br />Agreement dated May 1, 1984, filed May 11, 1984 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 002558.
<br />3. Cross - Easement Agreement executed between Grand Island Mall, Ltd.,
<br />a Nebraska limited partnership, and CM Association, a Nebraska general
<br />partnership, dated September 26, 1984 and filed September 27, 1984 in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />84- 005071.
