<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />hereinafter known as the Grantor, whether one or more, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of EIGHT THOUSNAD FOUR HUNDRED NINETY AND

<br />unto CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT hereinafter known as the

<br />subject, however, to existing easements for public roads and highways,
<br />public utilities, railroads and pipelines, situated in Hall County, and
