WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated JULY 08, 1993, executed by JAMIE D. LARSEN AND DIANNE M. LARSEN,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of NORWEST MORTGAGE, INC., which
<br />Deed of Trust was recorded JULY 14, 1993 as Instrument No. 93- 105949, in Book
<br />No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC_, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;

<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
