<br />For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Kansas - Nebraska Association of Seventh Day Adventists, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the `S 1 CY
<br />benefit of the Beneficiary, dated June 28, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200005419 on July 3, 2000,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following:
<br />Jackson Township North Half (N' /2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE %) of Section Nine (9), Township Nine North
<br />(9 N), Range Twelve West (12 W) of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
