That the Affiants remain the sole cotrustees of the said Trust as of this date. Dennis L. Basnett, Janice G. Nutter and Randy L. Basnett, being first duly sworn, depose and say: 1. That the Affiants are the successor cotrustees of the Marvin J. Basnett Trust dated January 13, 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). 2. That on March 8, 2016, the Affiants became the successor cotrustees of the said Trust following the death of Marvin J. Basnett on September 24, 2006, the settlor and initial trustee of said Trust, a certified copy of his death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and following the death of Eileen D. Basnett on January 20, 2016, the successor trustee of said Trust, a certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit `B ", and upon signing an Acceptance to Act as Successor Cotrustees, an original of which is attached as Exhibit "C ". 4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: An undivided one -half (%z) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section Six (6), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. 5. That pursuant to the terms of the said Trust and §30- 3881(2) of the Nebraska Uniform Trust Act, the cotrustees of the said Trust have the power, without court authorization, to acquire or dispose of an asset, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale. 6. That neither the said Trust or the Agreement creating the said Trust, nor any part thereof, has been revoked or amended, and the above statements constitute a full disclosure of all provisions concerning those items.
