<br /> E�ents Affecting Guarantor. Any of the preceding er�en�s occurs with respect to any guarantv�, endors�r, surety,
<br /> ❑r a�commodation party o# any a�the �nd�btedness or any guaran�ar, endors�r, surety, or acc�mmadatian pa�rty
<br /> dies or becom�s incompetent, or re�okes or disputes the �alidity of, or liabiiity under, any Guaranty o� �he
<br /> lndebtedness.
<br /> Adverse Change. A mat�rial ad�erse change occurs in Trustor's financ�a� candi�ian, or Lender belieWes the
<br /> prospect af paymen�or p�r�a�-mance v�the lndeb��dness is impaired.
<br /> Inse�uri�y. Lend�r in good�ai�h beCiev�s itself insecure.
<br /> Righ�tv Cure. !f any defau[t. other than a detault in payment, is curable and if Trus�or has nat been gi��n a notice
<br /> nf a breach of the same pro�ision ❑f#his Deed vt Trust within the preceding twe[�� ��2� months, i�may be cured if
<br /> Trus#or, after Lender sends wr�t�en nv�ice to Trustor demanding cur�o�such de�au�t: {�� cures fihe defaul�wi�hin
<br /> fifteen ���} days; o� {�} if the �ure requires more than fifteen �15} days, immediately ini�iates steps which Lender
<br /> deems in Lender's sole discre�ian to be sufficient to cure the defau�t and thereafter cantinues and comp�etes all
<br /> reasonable and necessary s�eps su�ficien#tn produce compliance as snon as �easonably prac�ical.
<br /> RIGHTS ANQ REMED�ES ON DEFAULT. lt an E�ent of Default❑ccurs under this Deed of Trus�, at any�ime thereafter,
<br /> Trustee or Lender may ex�r�ise any❑ne or m�r�of the following rights and remedies:
<br /> Acceleration Upon Defaui#; Additivnal Remsdies. I� any E�ent of De�au�t❑�curs as per�he �erms ❑f the Note
<br /> secured hereby, Lender may declare al� �ndebted�ess s�cured by this Deed of Trust to be du� and payable and
<br /> �he same sha�!thereupon become due and payahle withaut any pressn�ment, demand, protes�or notice o�any
