<br /> Bvrrvwer. The word "Borrvwer" means Troy L. Huf#and Tamie IUI. Huff and includes a�! cv�signers and co-makers
<br /> signing th� No�e and all their successars and assigns.
<br /> Deed of Trus�, The words "Deed �f TrustTF mean this De�d o# Trust amvng Trusto�, Lender, and Trustee, and
<br /> includes wi�haut limi�a�ion a!1 assignment and se�urity interest pro��sions rela#ing �tv the Pers�nal Prvperty and
<br /> Rents.
<br /> Defaul�. The word "Default" means th� Defaul�set�vrt� in this Deed o�Trust in fihe section titled "L7e�ault".
<br /> En�irvnmental Laws. The wvrds "En�ironmenta! Laws" mean any and all state, fede�al and local statutes,
<br /> regulations and vrdinances relating to the protect�vn �f human heal�h vr fihe en�iranment, including withaut
<br /> I�mi�ation the Comprehensi�e En�irvnmental Response, Compensation, and Liabili�y Act afi �9$�, as amended, 4�
<br /> U.S.C. 5�ction g�Q1, et seq. 4"CER�LA"}, the Superfund Am�ndments and Reauthorizat�on Act v� �986, Pub. L.

<br /> Errent af Default. The words "E�ent of D�#aul�" mean any of�he e�ents ❑f default set forth in this Deed vf Trust in

<br /> Guaranty. The word FTGuaran�y" means the guaranty frvm guarantor, �ndvrser, surety, ❑r accommvdation party�v
<br /> Lender, including withvut limitation a guaranty af ai�vr par�of�he Note.
<br /> Hazardous Substances. The w�rds "Ha�ardous Subs�an�es" mean materials �hat, because of their quantity,
<br /> concentration ❑r physical, chemical or infecti�us characterist�cs, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> to human health or the en�ironmen�when impraperly used, treated, stor�d, disposed vf, genera�ed, manufa�tured,
<br /> transpvr�ed ar otherwise handled. The words FTHazardous 5ubstances" are used fn their �ery b�vadest sense and
<br /> �nclude without limitation any and a[� hazardous vr �oxi� substances, materia[s or waste as defined by or fisted
<br /> under the En�irvnmental Laws. The term "Hazardvus 5ubstances" also includes, with�ut limitation, petro�eum and
<br /> p�trvleum by-pr�ducts or any fra�#ion therevf and asbestas.
<br /> ImproWements. The word "Impro�emen�s" means all exis�ing and future impro�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mabile h�mes affixed on the Rea[ Pr�perty, faci[�ties, additions, replacements and o�her constru�#�vn on �he Real
<br /> Praper#y.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "�ndeb�edness" means a!� principal, interes�, and other amounts, costs and exp�nses
<br /> payable under th� Not� ar Relat�d Do�uments, toge�her with a11 renewa�s ❑f, extensions of, modifi�ations o�,
<br /> canso[idations a�and substitutions for�he Note or Related Documen�s and any amounts expended vr ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharg� Trustvr's obliga�ions or expenses in�urred by Trustee or L�nd�r t❑ en�vrce Trustor's
<br /> obligations under th�s Deed of T�-ust, together with in�er�st on such amounts as pro�ided in �his Deed of T�us�.
<br /> Specifically, wi#hout limita#i�n, lndebtedness includes the �uture ad�ances se� forth in the Future Ad�ances
<br /> pro�ision, together v+rith all interest �hereon and a[[ amoun�s that may }�e indire�tly se�ured by the
<br /> Cross-Colla�era�izatian pro�ision of this Deed o�Trust.
<br /> Lender. The wQrd "Lender" means Exchange Bank, its successors and assigns.
<br /> Note. The word "Nate" means�he prom�ssory note da�ed March 23, �D15, in th� original pr�nGipal amount
<br /> Uf $6�.��Q.Q� �rom Trustor to Lender, together with all ren�wa�s of, ext�nsions o�, modifications af,
<br /> refinancings of, �onsolidations �f, and subst�tutions for �he p�amissvey note or agreemen�. N�TICE TQ TRUST�R:

<br /> Personal Prvperty. The words "Persvna[ Proper�y" mean a�l equipment, #ix�ures, and o�her articles of p�rsonal
<br /> prop�rty now or hereaf�er vwned by Trustor, and nvw vr hereafter attached or a#fiixed to the Real Property;
