Reserved for Register of Deeds <br />JOINT TENANCYWARRANTY DEED c' <br />Joint tenancy warranty deed made by NICKIE J. KALLOS and ROSIE KALLOS, <br />husband and wife, as grantor. <br />In consideration of the payment and delivery of one (1) 1997 751 Bobcat, Serial # <br />514714412 with a fair and reasonable market value of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000) and the <br />additional sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of <br />which is acknowledged, grantor grants, bargains, sells, and conveys to ALONSO R. JACOBO and <br />ADRIANA JACOBO, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, with full <br />right of survivorship, the whole estate to vest in the survivor in the event of the death of either, as <br />grantee, the real property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
