<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />Jody A. Selzler, formerly known as Jody A. Detweiler, and Larry A. Selzler, wife and
<br />husband, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, FSB, ASSIGNEE, as additional
<br />security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $135,000.00 the
<br />Lease dated February 1, 1996, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the
<br />Lessee, pertaining to the following - described premises:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17) Kuester Lake, being on a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E' /SSW' /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said Lot
<br />Seventeen (17) situated on the west side of the east portion of Kuester Lake.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $135,000.00, with interest
<br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that
<br />this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further
<br />force nor effect.
