DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., has been appointed as Trustee, <br />replacing Sandra M. Koenig, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated December 9, 1999, and filed <br />for record on March 27, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200002488 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />Lot One (1) BILLY POE SUBDIVISION, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust for November, 1999, through April, 2000, with a total current amount <br />due and owing of $6,302.52, plus accrued late charges. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, <br />Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to <br />Nebraska statute § 76 -1012. <br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Donald J.
