<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary North American Mortgage
<br />Company to CONTIMORTGAGE CORPORATION by virtue of an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 17, 1998, and filed for record on March 17, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- 102756 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., has been appointed as Trustee,
<br />replacing Sandra M. Koenig, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated December 9, 1999, and filed
<br />for record on March 27, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200002488 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot One (1) BILLY POE SUBDIVISION, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust for November, 1999, through April, 2000, with a total current amount
<br />due and owing of $6,302.52, plus accrued late charges. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee,
<br />Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., has determined to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and Deed
<br />of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
