<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA (Secured Parry) by JODY A. SELZLER, formerly known
<br />as Jody A. Detweiler, and LARRY A. SELZLER (Debtors), of a Lease dated February 1,
<br />1996, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and JODY A. SELZLER and LARRY A.
<br />SELZLER are the Lessees, such lease commenced February 1, 1996, and terminates January
<br />31, 2031, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17) Kuester Lake, being on a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW' /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said Lot
<br />Seventeen (17) situated on the west side of the east portion of Kuester Lake.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to
<br />secured party, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE
<br />HUNDRED THIRTY -FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/ 100 DOLLARS ($135,000.00) and a
<br />Financing Statement or Deed of Trust covering the above - described premises and securing
<br />payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
