►4. <br />La <br />..i <br />r <br />y <br />200102282 <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA (Secured Parry) by JODY A. SELZLER, formerly known <br />as Jody A. Detweiler, and LARRY A. SELZLER (Debtors), of a Lease dated February 1, <br />1996, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and JODY A.
