<br />� purposes only and shall nat be construed ta �reate any responsibili�y or lia��lity on the part ofi Lender�o Trusfor❑r

<br /> stripping af or waste on ar to the P�operty or any p�rtion ❑f the Prop�r�y. VVith�u� limiting the g�neral�ty �� �h�
<br /> �oregoing, Trustar vvill not remo�e, or g�ant�o any other party�he right to remoWe, any �imber, minerals {inc�uding
<br /> oil and gas�, coal, c�ay, scoria, soil, gra�ei ❑r rack products without Lender's prior vvrit�er� consen�.

<br /> L,ender's priar written consen�: As a candi�i�n to the remo�a! of any ImproWements, Lender may require Trustar ta

<br /> Lender's R�gh�to Ente�. Lender and Le�nder's agen�s and �epre�entatiWes may en��r upan the Rea] Properfiy at all
<br /> reasonable times to attend �o Lender's in�erests and fio inspec� �he Real Property fflr purposes a� Trustor's
<br /> compliance wi�h fihe terms and condifiions o�this Deed of Trust�
<br /> Comp�iance rrvith GoWernmen�al Requiremen�s. Trus�ar shall promptly comply wi�h a[� laws, ❑rdinances, and :
<br /> regula�ions, now ❑r hereafter in e�fec�, ❑f afl go�ernmental authori�ies app[icabfe �o �he use or occupancy of the -
<br /> Property. Trustor may oon�est in g�od faith any such �aw, ordinance, or�egula�ion and withhold camplian�e during :
<br /> any proceeding, ir�cluding apprapriate appeals, sa long as Trust�r has no�ified Lender in wri�ing prior to doing s❑
